Supporting the Local Community

Our CSR goes beyond the water. We actively support community initiatives in Netley, Bursledon, and Hamble, giving back to the region we are proud to call home.

  • We are delighted to sponsor AFC Netley, a local football club established in 1901. The team continues to inspire children, teenagers, and young adults by developing their sporting skills, teamwork, and mental well-being. As part of our sponsorship, we have been honoured to support their home cup games this season, strengthening our ties with the community we serve through yacht hire and charter services.

  • We also partner with Hounds Basic Food Bank, a church-led, community-focused project founded in 2013. This initiative provides essential food and household items to those experiencing short-term crises in Netley Abbey, Bursledon, and Hamble. Our involvement reflects our ongoing commitment to corporate responsibility beyond yacht hire.

How You Can Help

If you have surplus provisions at the end of your yacht charter in Southampton or the Solent—such as non-perishable food, toiletries, or other essentials—please consider donating them. A local collection point is conveniently located next to our office at the Ketch Rigger in Hamble.
